This policy explains how TheProfile360 handles personal information and the controls available to candidates.
Information we process
We process account details, candidate-provided profile information, uploaded files, recommendations, enquiries, consent records, payment references and limited technical or usage data needed to operate and secure the service.
Public and private information
Your workspace and analytics are private. Only information in a profile you publish is visible through its public link. Profiles are unlisted by default unless you choose indexing, and you can take a profile offline.
Analytics
We provide privacy-respecting estimates such as profile views and content opens. TheProfile360 does not show candidates the identity of individual recruiters or visitors.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, secure accounts, deliver emails, process support and payment requests, improve product performance and—only where you separately consent—consider your profile for relevant HiredNext career opportunities.
Service providers
We use vetted infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database, private file storage and transactional email. They process information only to provide those services under their applicable agreements.
Retention and your choices
You may update, unpublish or request deletion of your account and data. Some records may be retained where required for security, payment, legal or audit obligations. You may withdraw optional recruitment consent in your workspace.
