These terms govern your use of TheProfile360. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Using TheProfile360
You may use TheProfile360 to create, manage and share your own professional profile. You are responsible for ensuring that the information, documents, recommendations and links you publish are accurate, lawful and yours to share.
Accounts and security
Keep your sign-in details confidential and notify support@theprofile360.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may restrict accounts involved in abuse, impersonation, fraud, spam or unlawful activity.
Professional content
TheProfile360 helps organise candidate-provided information. An uploaded document or an email-verified recommendation is not an independent employment, identity or credential verification unless it is explicitly labelled as such.
Plans and payments
The applicable plan, price, duration and features are shown before payment. Paid access begins only after payment is verified. Unless a checkout expressly states otherwise, plans do not renew automatically. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability
We work to keep profiles available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change features, limits or these terms with reasonable notice where practicable.
