Digital service delivery policy

No physical shipment

TheProfile360 Executive supplies digital access only; no physical goods are shipped. Private Trial access begins after the first verified-email sign-in. The executive may activate at any point, and paid access begins only after the payment is verified by the Razorpay webhook.

Delivery evidence

Activation, invoice, publication intent and service email events are recorded in the isolated Executive system. If verified payment does not activate access, contact support@theprofile360.in with the Razorpay payment reference.
