Seller and service

TheProfile360 Executive is the digital executive-dossier service and seller. Support is available at support@theprofile360.in.

The service provides private profile building, AI-assisted drafting, private file storage, mandate-specific profiles, and paid public sharing. It is not recruitment, legal, tax, financial or human advisory service.

Account and Private Trial

Your first successful verified-email sign-in creates the Executive account and begins one 30-day Private Trial. No payment method is required and no subscription charge is taken during trial use. Blake, uploads, manual editing, up to three mandate drafts and private previews are included. Trial content is not public. You may activate a paid plan at any point during the trial.

Version one treats the verified email address as account identity; it does not represent formal identity verification. Keep sign-in links, passwords and sessions confidential.

Plans, references, tax and payment

C-Suite Monthly is ₹3,999 per prepaid month and C-Suite Annual is ₹21,500 per prepaid year, plus applicable 18% GST. Monthly members request and collect references themselves. Annual membership includes one consultant-assisted reference check per active annual term; its consultant fee is built into the annual price. Additional consultant-assisted references are ₹5,800 plus ₹1,044 GST each, total ₹6,844, and are payable only after a usable referee-verified outcome is ready.

The amount and currency shown immediately before Razorpay Checkout govern the order. Payment activates access or releases a paid additional reference only after a verified Razorpay webhook; a browser success screen is not proof of payment. International checkout remains unavailable until approved local-currency pricing and tax treatment are configured.

Publication and acceptable use

Payment creates a publishing entitlement but does not publish every mandate. Only a ready mandate explicitly selected by you is published. You confirm every material AI-assisted claim before publication and must have the right to use all uploaded content.

Do not upload malware, unlawful content, confidential material without authority, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Automated abuse, token enumeration and attempts to bypass private-access controls are prohibited.

Dormancy and preservation

At the end of a paid period, the account becomes Dormant unless reactivated. Public WorkPassports, controlled sharing, QR redirects, new reference collection, Blake generation and new conversation requests pause. Your Master Executive Dossier, documents, approved references, URLs, QR identity and historical analytics remain privately preserved. A later verified payment restores the same eligible WorkPassports and QR without rebuilding the profile.

Availability and responsibility

We use reasonable safeguards and fail closed for scanning, private access and payment verification. Scheduled maintenance, providers, security incidents or capacity controls may temporarily affect features. Manual editing and private records remain available where the affected feature permits.
